Had a very wild relationship with a beautiful lady. We liked to drink wine and listen to classical music. Our relationship was hot / cold and very explosive. We never knew from one day to the next if we would still be together. In this song I was trying to tell her we should just settle down and quit living life in the fast lanes.

Born in Stamford Connecticut - Mark Thomas moved to Los Angeles California in 1976 to pursue a career in music. He began working (1979 to 1992) for Paul Jabara (See Paul at PaulJabara.com) a world class songwriter who wrote such great hits as (Last Dance) by Donna Summer, (Enough is Enough) by Barbara Streisand and (Its Raining Men) by the Weather Girls just to name a few. As Paul's personal assistant for the better part of 13 years Mark honed his song writing and vocal skills. He then joined the

Once upon a time in my life I was homeless and living in my van. During this time I met a lot of homeless people living on the streets. By being in this situation I became a very compassionate person which inspired me to write this song.
